In your Secure Service Portal, you will:

💻 Medicare Appointment – Zoom or Phone
- Zoom is preferred whenever possible because it allows me to share my screen with you and review Medicare information and plan options together.
- For the best Zoom experience, please use a computer or tablet. Cell phone screens are often too small to comfortably review and compare plan information.
- Please make sure you have access to your personal email account during the appointment. You may need to access your email to complete required remote signatures. Please use your own individual email address, not a shared email address. Medicare applications may be rejected if the email address does not belong to the applicant.
- Important: All Medicare appointments conducted by Zoom or telephone are recorded as required by CMS.
